Shipping
UK (Except Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland)
There will be a set shipping charge of £5.50 on all orders up to the value of £150.
When the total value of an individual product exceeds £150 at checkout, a flat shipping rate of £30 will be applied to that item alongside the standard £5.50 rate.
Your items will be shipped within 3-5 working days of receipt, orders placed on a Friday will ship on Tuesday or before.

Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
For orders to postcodes in the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland there will be a set shipping charge of £10.95.
Free delivery is not currently available for Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.

Isle of Man
For orders to postcodes in the Isle of Man there will be a set shipping charge of £5.50 for orders under 2kg. Orders between 2.1kg and 11kg will be charged at a flat rate of £15.40.
Free delivery is not currently available for the Isle of Man.

International Shipping (France, Germany, Italy, Spain & Republic of Ireland)
For orders to France, Germany, Italy, Spain & Republic of Ireland weighing 0kg to 2kg there will be a set shipping charge of £19.95 (or at equivalent exchange rate in Euros)
For orders to France, Germany, Italy, Spain & Republic of Ireland weighing 2.1kg to 11kg there will be a set shipping charge of £55.00 (or at equivalent exchange rate in Euros)
We are currently unable to ship individual orders over 11.1kg to France, Germany, Italy, Spain & Republic of Ireland.
Free delivery is not currently available for France, Germany, Italy, Spain & Republic of Ireland.

Extra duties for international shipping will be calculated and paid for at checkout by the customer. Should extra duties arise beyond what is paid at checkout, the customer will be liable for payment of these duties.
International Shipping (USA & Canada)
For orders to USA & Canada weighing 0kg to 2kg there will be a set shipping charge of £19.95 (or at equivalent exchange rate in US or Canadian dollars)
We are currently unable to ship individual orders over 2kg or wet stock items to USA & Canada.
Free delivery is not currently available for USA & Canada.
Your items will be shipped within 5-7 working days of receipt.

Accuracy of Address Details
The customer will be responsible for providing accurate contact and address details for all orders. Should we incur any cost for returns or extra charges billed to us by our courier companies due to incorrect information, these will be charged to the customer.
Receipts
Receipts for orders are automatically generated and emailed to the customer.
Product Unavailable to Ship
In the event a product is unavailable to ship, you will be contacted with options for purchasing a different product or securing a refund.
Refund policy
Returns
Please email us on orders@tennents.com with your order number and reason for return and we’ll be happy to help!
If you return an item requesting a refund within 30 days of delivery/ collection, we’ll give you a full refund. Your refund will be issued using your original payment method.
Please note that any issues with orders must be reported to us within 30 days of placing your order. We will be unable to assist with any queries out with this period.
If your product is not suitable please return it new and as received to the address below, enclosing your order number and reason for return inside the package. Once we have received the return we will be in touch to process your refund. Please allow up to 10 days after receipt for your refund to be issued.
We are unable to process returns for any personalised products or any items shipped internationally, unless they have arrived faulty or damaged.
